Requirements

  • Must be a holder of a First Degree, with at least Second-Class Honors, Lower Division, preferably in Computer Science, with Master in Library and Information Science and a PhD in same or related fields, all from a recognized University. The candidate must have served for a minimum of two (2) years as a Senior Librarian. Evidence of substantial contributions to the frontiers of knowledge in the areas of research and publications, is mandatory.  

    NOTE: The candidates, in all cases, must be registered with the Librarian Registration Council of Nigeria (LRCN), must be computer literate and be accustomed with Library Management Software packages.
